Recently having been refubished to a high standard it still retains its former period charm.

Steps lead to the balcony with the most amazing roof top views where you will be able to watch the most breathtaking sunset.

The well equipped galley kitchen has a door leading to the balcony for Alfesco dining.The large lounge/diner has granite feature walls, a sofabed,and views of the town,harbour and the coast as far as Trevose Head.The spacious bedroom has fantastic town and harbour views, granite feature walls and an 8 foot bed .The bathroom has stunning town and harbour views a bath(With shower over) where you can lie back and watch the sunset,toilet and wash basin.
